Returns:

 

• Siege Fitness follows an incredibly stringent process of quality control, and the chances of you receiving a defective product are almost 0. However, if you wish to return a product, Siege Fitness will do its best to accommodate your needs. 1. Returns in case of Defects/Damaged Products: Please refer to the warranty section to and out what constitutes a manufacturing defect. Such incidences must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Original Invoice and Original Packaging must be included for returns. Used or products damaged by any cause which is not the original defect will not be accepted. Small scratches and/or blemishes on the finish, paint, or powder coating which may be incurred during transit are not covered. We do provide remedial finishing kits free of cost to cover up such scratches if any. Kindly email or WhatsApp such cases with clearly attached images and a copy of the invoice to initiate the process. We will then get in touch with you, discuss the case and provide a solution or accept the return. Any refunds thereof or new products issued will be done only after the original item is received in our warehouse and duly inspected. Incase of custom orders, or non-standard versions of existing items, wherein specifications, branding or colors are modified according to the requirements of the customer, returns will only be acceptable in cases of manufacturing defects, with only partial refunds, at our discretion.

 

• Returns in case of incorrect orders: If by any chance you have received an item, different from what you have ordered, please WhatsApp or email us a copy of the invoice with attached images to initiate the return process.

 

• NOTE: Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange. Shipping charges for sending the defective product to us or initiating pickup of the same and for sending the replacement to the customer will have to be borne by the customer.

 

 

Cancellations:

 

• If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund can be initiated if the order is canceled within 3 hours of placing the order. Following this time, part of the amount may be refunded depending on our discretion.
